A session in the Infrared Sauna Pod has countless benefits, from weight loss and pain relief, to stress reduction and relaxation. Many of the benefits come from the infrared lighting, which deliver a dry heat treatment that feels like a dry sauna. The Pod also delivers a full-body vibration massage. You are able to target areas of the body to be massaged, as well as adjust the intensity, creating a Wellness Pod experience that is uniquely yours. In addition to the infrared heat and vibration massage, the Pod has the unique option to add aromatherapy to your experience. Aromatic and therapeutic essential oils are diffused throughout the pod during your session.
Many users simply cannot believe that these results can be achieved without movement of the body. During high-heat sessions, heat from the ambient air inside the cocoon and infrared heat is absorbed by the body causing the body “core “temperature to rise. The body automatically modulates the resulting increase in core temperature via a process called “thermogenesis”.
This process — which ultimately cools the body by the evaporation of sweat –consumes approximately 0.586 Cal per gram of water lost in perspiration. Studies have shown that a moderately heat-conditioned person can easily sweat off 500 grams (293 Calories) during a single session (dependent on the heat setting).

The Infrared Sauna Pod has a weight limit of 158kg. Height Limit of 2.03m. When shorter than 1.60m we recommend you using the booster pillow to ensure your head is still comfortable outside the Pod.
