Do I need to make a booking?
Yes! Eden Skin & Beauty tends to book out 2-3 weeks in advance, so it is always best to book and plan ahead. Our Online booking system is convenient and available 24/7.
Do you ever have last minute appointments available?
It is rare but it is always worth checking with us.
What is the best way to make a booking?
Send through an SMS with your preferred day and time and the treatment you require and I will get back to you promptly. You can also call, email or use the Online Booking Link on the Website.
Will you remind me of my appointment ahead of time?
Absolutely. You will receive a confirmation text 24hrs prior to your appointment.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Eden Skin & Beauty is a small but busy salon so we require a minimum of 24hrs notice. We really try to avoid last minute cancellations as it means other clients miss out.
Are you open late?
Yes, Wednesday till 7:00pm or alternative arrangements by appointment only.
How do I know which facial is best for my skin?
Don’t worry, skin treatments are a speciality at Eden Skin & Beauty, so we will always analyse your skin and choose the one most suited to you and your skins needs.
What kind of skin care products do you use?
At Eden Skin & Beauty we use professional products only. Our skin care ranges consist of Cosmedical and Nutraceutical products and ingredients. While they feel and smell amazing, they are not all fluff and puff, these products actually work and give you long lasting results.
Do you offer treatment courses and packages?
Most definitely. We like to reward loyalty and commitment. Please see Loyalty/Rewards Page.
Can I purchase a product online?
Due to the active ingredients in the O Cosmedic product range, it is a requirement to complete a skin consultation to ensure you receive the best advice to cater for your skin’s individual needs.
To purchase O Cosmedics products online you will require a password which would be provided to you once a skin consultation has been completed. This can be done free of charge in person or over the phone.
Gift Vouchers, can I purchase online?
Yes, Gift Vouchers are available in salon and online. Please email details (From, To, Amount/Treatment, email adress etc.) or complete the hassle free online option and include in the “Additional information” section the relevant details(From, To, Amount/Treatment, email adress etc.). A Gift Voucher will be emailed to you. Payment can be made Online on our “Shop” page or by bank transfer or over the phone. Use password “voucher” on checkout online. PayPal and credit card payments available online.

What if I purchase a particular treatment but then the person I bought it for would prefer a different treatment?
That is no problem whatsoever. They just have to inform us at the time of booking which treatment they would like instead. If they decide on a more expensive treatment, the difference can be paid on the day.
